I am registered with L & I (Worker’s Compensation) in the state of Washington and, I accept MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) and PIP (Personal Injury Protection) cases.

I do not work directly with health insurance companies, however I am able to provide a Statement of Massage Services, which can be submitted to your health insurance for reimbursement.
